Integrative Modalities

Psychotherapy | Yoga Therapy | Integrated Energy Therapy

We are spiritual beings living a human experience.

In my own inner and outer journey, I’ve been drawn to both the clinical nature of psychology, as well as the contemplative and mystical practices of perennial traditions around the world. I weave these paradigms together in an integral fashion to help you both relieve symptomolgy and connect you with your true Self and the deeper world surrounding us. I strive to empower each and every individual I meet; to take their healing into their healing into their own hands and collaboratively identify which practices are aligned in any given moment.

What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is a collaborative process between a licensed mental health professional and a client. Through open and honest dialogue, psychotherapy aims to help individuals gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop strategies to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. In my practice, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as Psychodynamic talk therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Therapy, as well as contemplative practices, such as breathwork, meditation, visualization, and tapping, to tailor treatment to your unique needs and intentions. I am also passionate about nervous system regulation, and offer a wide-array of vagal toning practices and support with lifestyle shifts.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, grief, bipolar I & II, life-transitions, existentialism, and spiritual development.

What is Yoga Therapy?

According to the IAYT Education Standards for the Training of Yoga Therapists, yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga.

Unlike traditional yoga classes, which are often group-based and follow a set sequence, Yoga Therapy sessions are tailored to your specific health concerns, physical limitations, and emotional state. Yoga therapists use a variety of tools, including physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and lifestyle guidance to help you achieve balance and harmony on all levels of your being.

As a Yoga Therapist, I use two different holistic models (koshic and doshic, more on these below), to work with each client (you) on a holistic level, taking into account the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being. These two models help broaden my view of you, as a unique and distinct individual, and apply a multifaceted assessment and action plan best suited to you, your symptoms, and your intentions.

What is Integrated Energy Therapy?

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is a powerful and gentle healing modality that works with your body's energy field to release blockages, alleviate stress, and promote deep emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Whether you're seeking to overcome past traumas, navigate life's challenges, or simply enhance your overall quality of life, IET can help you unlock your inner healing potential and experience profound transformation.

IET is a non-invasive, hands-on healing technique that combines the power of energy medicine with the principles of cellular memory release. By working with the body's energy field, IET practitioners help clients identify and release limiting beliefs, emotions, and patterns that may be holding them back from living their best lives. Through a series of gentle touch and intuitive guidance, IET facilitates the healing process and promotes a deep sense of relaxation, clarity, and empowerment.
